Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations relevant to the operation.
  • Participate in safety risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and report safety incidents appropriately.
  • Operate machinery and equipment competently while following prescribed procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that can reduce costs and minimize waste.
  • Utilize SCADA systems and testing tools to ensure product quality for subsequent processing stages.
  • Conduct quality checks and accurately document results as required.
  • Recognize and report any issues related to product quality.
  • Engage proactively in performance and development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
