Imagination, a leading experience design agency, is seeking a highly skilled Event Producer to join their team. This fixed-term contract role is dedicated to the production of a world-class gala awards experience for a leading Australian brand.

This exciting opportunity requires a collaborative individual who excels in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. As an Event Producer, you will work closely with the project team to ensure seamless execution of all aspects of the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver multiple projects and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage venue logistics, including coordination with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of all event elements.
  • Develop and implement event design concepts, working closely with the creative team and client.
  • Oversee production of print and digital materials, including trophies, certificates, and other award elements.
  • Manage screen content production, including PPT slides, imagery, and final approvals.
  • Coordinate registration requirements, including naming badges, seating plans, and guest arrivals.
  • Photography management and briefing on event requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven track record of excellence in previous awards production.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
  • Presentation and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a sense of humor.
  • Strong supplier relationship building skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new methods.
