**About the Role at SafetyCulture:**

You will contribute to the development of our product design strategy, optimize processes for the team, deliver exceptional design experiences for customers, and create an environment where designers thrive.

**Key Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in managing a team of designers

- Passion for identifying and solving user problems

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

- Strategic and critical thinker

- Broad understanding of metric and data-driven design

- Proven stakeholder management skills

- Expertise in design frameworks (e.g., HCD and Design Thinking)

- Curious and excited by complex and ambiguous challenges

- Strong experience in cross-functional teams (Product and Engineering)

- Influential communicator

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and develop product roadmaps

- Become an expert in customer needs

- End-to-end product design activities

- Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform

- Manage design team performance, workload, and career development
