Safety Enablement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Safety Enablement Lead to join our W Living team. As a key member of our Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SH&W) Platform, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting safety initiatives across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute safety strategies across the business, including Active Safety Leadership initiatives
- Investigate high-potential incidents, collaborate with regulators, and develop processes to mitigate risks in stores
- Develop capability relating to safety processes, systems, and regulations within the W Living team
- Partner with key squads and chapters across the Woolworths Group to improve Safety, Health and Wellbeing
- Lead weekly and monthly reporting and updates for the leadership team
- At least 7 years of experience in a Safety role, with 2 years of team leadership experience
- Tertiary level qualification in Safety or a related field
- Experience working in an organisation with a strong ability to translate group strategy across a portfolio of businesses
- Demonstrated competency influencing leadership and frontline teams
- Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable
