Job Summary:

This role involves leading and configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions, delivering end-to-end implementation projects across various industries, and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive payroll project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain quality and governance throughout all deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to clients post-project completion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration (5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance in Australia.
