Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ECP Payroll Specialist Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance, as well as proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects.

This is a mid-senior level role that requires the ability to lead solution design and run client workshops. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading and configuring SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions, delivering end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries, and facilitating payroll design workshops and gathering complex requirements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will need to ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, including STP and superannuation, and maintain quality and governance across deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)
  • Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Legal working rights in Australia
