Administrative Assistant (HR/Recruitment) Opportunity

Top Office Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our successful recruitment team in Ipswich. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and recruitment services to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post job advertisements and maintain an active social media presence to support our talent sourcing strategies.
  • Pre-screen and schedule interviews with job applicants and conduct reference checks.
  • Collate applicant documentation requirements and compile/send employment documentation to new employees.
  • Work with our Senior Recruitment Consultant to provide support to our white-collar temporary team.
  • Maintain our database, ensuring accurate and timely information updates.
  • Provide general administration support to the team.
Requirements:
  • Solid administration experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and a strong client service focus.
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Confidence learning and using a range of technology, including database software.
  • Previous experience updating websites and creating engaging social media posts preferred.
