AO3 Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administration professional to join our team at Top Office on a temporary basis.
This role will provide administrative support to our facilities team and will be based in the Ipswich area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in using computer systems, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven administrative experience, with a focus on assets and facilities team tasks
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to start work at short notice, with a willingness to work 7.25 hours per day
