Air Resource Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Air Resource Coordinator is to determine and secure aircraft resources, accurately updating worksheets in line with airlines' service level agreements and tasks.
- Actioning and covering staff absences as advised by senior management;
- Coordinating shift allocation through a fair and transparent process while adhering to financial requirements;
- Updating all shift swaps according to standard operating procedures;
- Preparing an accurately completed worksheet/crew sheets for managers to utilise on shift;
- Be willing to undertake training and work with new systems implemented into the business;
- Manage staff allocation for disruptions and delays;
- Handle and maintain staff and business confidentiality.
- Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills are essential;
- A proven ability to work in a team environment is necessary;
- Knowledge of and understanding of our operational processes including Service Level Agreements is required;
- Sound knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, is necessary;
- The ability to work independently and follow established procedures is crucial;
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is vital;
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance at work are essential;
- Ability to adhere to safety and security requirements applicable to the aviation industry is required;
- Commitment to our business direction and principles; integrity and professionalism are essential;
- Ability to work to strict time frames is necessary.
