Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Service Director to oversee our national service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and optimize service delivery across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement national service goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with our overall vision.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery nationwide.
  • Lead the national service team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluate national service operations regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze national service performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
  • Identify trends and customer needs to proactively address issues and develop strategies for enhancing service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their service concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support for national service operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in service management, incorporating them into our national service strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on national service performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in a national or regional capacity.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performance team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of service management best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficient in using Service Management software (e.g., NetSuite) and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles related to national service operations.
