Job Title: National Financial Lines Broking Director

  We are seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of National Financial Lines Broking Director at Fuse Recruitment. As a seasoned professional with expertise in financial and professional lines, you will be responsible for leading our national broking operations.

Role Overview

  The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership experience, with both local and interstate teams. They will possess a deep understanding of financial and professional lines products and be able to operate as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the national broking operations for financial lines risks.
  • Achieve growth and expansion of the team to achieve strong market perception and branding.
  • Develop and implement integrated leadership strategies to execute on national business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements across broker functions.

About You
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with both local and interstate teams.

  • Strategic and financial acumen to facilitate autonomous operation of the business unit.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
