We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service, driving loyalty and optimising the client experience.
As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, acting as the primary point of contact and partnering with internal teams to coordinate initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-net-worth or high-volume clients, strong understanding of financial products and exceptional interpersonal skills.
