Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our Business Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance the College's image and reputation.
  • To create engaging content for various mediums, including social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
  • To design and manage campaigns to promote events, programs, and services.
  • To analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in data analysis and visualization.
  2. Experience using Customer Relationship Management software to manage customer interactions and relationships.
  3. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  5. Demonstrated understanding of quality customer service principles, courtesy, and professionalism.
  6. High level of interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications roles.
