Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing support services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living support to clients, including assistance with personal care, transportation, and social engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records using online systems, ensuring timely and culturally appropriate documentation.
  • Bld respectful relationships with clients, families, carers, and community stakeholders, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate-level qualification in Mental Health or Community Services, or equivalent experience. You should also possess knowledge of Aboriginal cultural protocols, community dynamics, and trauma-informed practice.
