We're seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a love for social media, creative content, and a keen interest in the health and wellness space.

Position Overview:

As a Social Media & Creative Marketing Specialist at White Wolf Nutrition, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, curating content, and supporting our marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative mindset, an understanding of the supplement industry, and a passion for engaging with a community of fitness enthusiasts and brand ambassadors. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our brand's visibility and contribute to the execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Social Media Management

• Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and inquiries daily.
• Engage with followers, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience across all platforms.
• Reach out to brand ambassadors for collaboration opportunities, creative content sharing, and brand advocacy.
• Manage the ambassador community, ensuring content is shared and tracked effectively.
• UGC Management:
• Curate and manage User-Generated Content (UGC), ensuring proper permissions for use across platforms.
• Remix and repurpose UGC for organic posts and ads.
• Coordinate with customer service to address any issues raised on social platforms.
  

2) Creative Content Creation

• Post Scheduling & Editing:
• Create and schedule 5-7 posts / reels per week on socials, ensuring a mix of stills, carousels, and reels.
• Regularly update Instagram stories, ensuring engagement with followers and promoting new content.
• Increase activity on socials and work on strategy for each platform.
• Advertising Assets:
• Remix and edit UGC for Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest ads.
• Create and edit ambassador content for both paid and organic social media posts.
• Additional Creative Tasks:
• Support on additional creative projects such as hero titles for email campaigns and website assets.
  
• Send out monthly emails to ambassadors, requesting creative content and keeping them engaged.
• Content Creation with Ambassadors:
• Organise and coordinate content days with local ambassadors on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, ensuring alignment with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand messaging.
• Research and onboard new ambassadors, particularly foodies and influencers that align with the White Wolf Nutrition brand.
• Live Event Support:
• Assist with managing ambassadors for live events, such as fitness expos, including pre-event preparation and on-site coordination.
  

4) Marketing Support:

• Campaign Assistance:
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute to campaign strategies and ideas.
• Provide creative input for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Collaboration with Team:
• Work closely with marketing leads to ensure campaigns are executed effectively across social platforms.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
• Marketing and creative experience, particularly with Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads.
• Experience in the supplement or health and wellness industry is a bonus but not essential.

Skills:

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tool. AI experience also a bonus.
• Strong editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
• Understanding of UGC and its effective use in marketing campaigns.
• Experience with influencer and ambassador management.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and supplements.

Additional Experience (Nice to Have but not essential)

• Previous experience in the supplement industry or with similar brands.
• Marketing strategy experience or collaboration skills.
