Project Coordination Opportunity

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring seamless governance and administration.
  • Track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Produce meeting minutes, agendas, and reports, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support design management and procurement activities, ensuring projects meet quality and deadline requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and promoting project goals.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with relevant safety protocols, safeguarding project personnel and assets.
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent's Representative to support contract administration and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Record meeting minutes and draft reports for review by senior team members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification, such as Construction Management or Project Management.
  • 1-4 years of experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in a client-side or consulting environment.
  • Administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Aconex, and experience with design phases and construction contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English to a native standard and personal links to the local region, highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a keen desire to deliver exceptional outcomes and contribute to project success.
