Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technology Project Director to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects, including those in digital/customer spaces, from planning through to implementation and transition to run phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in large technology environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to monitor and report on project progress and budgets.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
