Job Description

You will play a crucial role in supporting our client's technology uplift program. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including product owners, business analysts, technology engineering, testing teams, and program management, this role will be instrumental in driving business outcomes through the delivery of fit-for-purpose technology solutions.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering technology solutions using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, adapting approaches to suit project complexity, team structure, and stakeholder needs.

This includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. To be successful in this position, you will need strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively align stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ideally with MS Dynamics 365 CRM components, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, product owners, and external vendor resources.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the teams, including facilitating scrum, tracking and planning activities.
  • Delivering technology solutions using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, tailoring approaches to suit project complexity, team dynamics, and stakeholder engagement needs.
  • Developing and maintaining delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocations in collaboration with the program manager.
  • Monitoring progress and performance, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation to help remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Facilitating communication across technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals, priorities, and program alignment.
  • Ensuring delivery activities comply with organisational governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and relevant regulatory or security requirements.
  • Promoting continuous improvement in delivery practices by regularly reviewing team performance, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, and applying lessons learned to future work.
  • Supporting change management and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and integration of delivered solutions.
