We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-profile commercial and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of projects, supervising site activities and delegating as necessary.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, establish testing protocols, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including inductions and OH&S procedures.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction and resolve onsite issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial and retail projects exceeding $10 million.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working for similar building contractors in the local market.
