Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement WHS frameworks, policies, and practices across a retail network.
  • Ensure compliance excellence by monitoring regulatory and internal compliance across locations.
  • Audit and assess risks, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring mitigation and resolution.
  • Empower and educate stakeholders through targeted training and coaching.
  • Champion a culture of safety and compliance, driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in WHS and compliance, ideally in a multi-site or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Passion for driving cultural change through influence and education.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset and practical approach to risk.
  • Relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Risk Management or Compliance.
