Job Title: Injury Management Case Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Injury Management Case Specialist. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the well-being of employees and maintaining a safe working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized WHS services, focusing on work-related injury management and workers compensation. They will support injured employees in their return-to-work programs, collaborate with guideline managers and business partners to manage non-work-related injuries, and develop initiatives to positively impact physical and psychological injury elements within our WHS management system.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication at all levels, and the ability to build professional relationships, negotiate, and influence internal and external stakeholders. Industry experience, completion of the SIRA Return to Work Coordinator course, and knowledge of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 and Workplace Injury Management and Compensation Act 1998 are essential requirements. Additionally, a Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience are necessary for this position.
