Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our Fountain Gate store.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships. As a member of our team, you will provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, driving business growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers on the best lighting solutions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met and provide assistance during peak periods.
- Contribute to maintaining the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and an energetic approach to all aspects of your job. Previous experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable.
