
Organisational Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to contribute to delivering on our purpose, vision, and strategic priorities.
- Taking a leadership and hands-on role in delivering organisational change management initiatives across multiple projects.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to support them with overall program and/or project level business change activities.
- Assisting project teams with delivering clear and identifiable results that assist project and the business in embedding the change.
The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the change's progress and ensuring all project governance requirements are met.
- Supporting the design, development, and delivery of project communications.
- Working with project managers to conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and other key change deliverables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the refinement of the change management framework.
- Designing a roadmap for embedding and maturing change management across the organisation.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications.
- End-to-end change management experience working on complex/large projects using a structured approach.
- Prosci certification and demonstrated use of the ADKAR model.
