About the role
To continue our commitment to our residents and to deliver person-centered care, ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled Change Management Coordinator to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis and attracts a salary of $120,000 gross base PA plus salary packaging options.
This position is located within the Northern Territory and relocation assistance is available for the successful applicant if required. An interstate base with regular travel to the NT may also be considered.
To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced and current AHPRA Registered Nurse, you will have previous experience working in change management, within a clinical or healthcare setting and bring with your knowledge of change management principals and methodology. You will be a self-starter who is comfortable leading project-based work. You will be comfortable working with and consulting with senior management and be a solutions-based person who wishes to support ARRCS in providing positive outcomes for our residents.
You will also be able to regularly travel to our ARRCS facilities across the Northern Territory which will include remote NT communities which can include travelling via 4WD and small / single engine planes.

Skills & experience
To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to regularly travel to ARRCS sites across the Northern Territory.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and knowledge of change management principles and methodology including research and evaluation skills.
- A demonstrated understanding and appreciation of primary nursing and team models of care.
- Willingness to use technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders to support collaboration of activities to achieve positive shared outcomes.
- Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to use initiative and be self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in project evaluation with a demonstrated ability to assess a project based on objectives and report on its short, medium- and long-term outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to respond and adapt to competing priorities whilst working unsupervised.
- A pro-active attitude and ability to support, guide and mentor others in the workforce.
