
Effective Organisational Change Professional

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to delivering on our purpose, vision, and strategic priorities by leading organizational change management initiatives across multiple IT and business projects.
As a seasoned change professional, you will work closely with project managers to conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and other key change deliverables. Your expertise in refining the change management framework and assisting in its adoption and delivery will be invaluable.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications, demonstrated end-to-end change management experience working on complex/large projects using a structured approach, and Prosci certification with demonstrated use of the ADKAR model.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead organisational change management initiatives across multiple IT and business projects
- Conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis and other key change deliverables
- Refine the change management framework and assist in its adoption and delivery as required
