Senior People And Culture Partner Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct and grievances, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Develop Leadership Capability: Coach and mentor leaders to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Workforce Planning: Use workforce data and trends to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning.
  • Support Projects and Change: Contribute to the implementation of national People & Culture initiatives, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
