Advanced CRM Developer Position in Cloud Solutions

The Chief Information Officer Division (CIOD) at CYOS Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior CRM Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to the development of CRM modules within our existing Dynamics 365 Instance.

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in developing and configuring D365/Power Apps Modules, as well as experience with Azure services such as Azure, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of D365's security model and be able to develop CRM Security models, access controls, and role permissions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment. They will be required to contribute to multidisciplinary project teams, provide input to technical design documentation, and perform leadership and mentoring tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop CRM/Power Apps Modules and workflows from documented User Stories and Requirements
  • Configure CRM connectors/integrations to support data flows between various systems
  • Customize the layout, look and feel of the CRM interface to provide a user-friendly experience
  • Integrate various system components, apply secure coding practices, and conduct peer reviews of code and infrastructure
  • Deliver technical outcomes and develop and maintain Azure-based web API and portal applications

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience in developing and configuring D365/Power Apps Modules, Azure services, and Azure tools such as KeyVault, Appinsights, and App Services
  2. Comprehensive understanding of D365's security model, including security roles, field-level security, team-based security, and hierarchy-based security
  3. Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Dataverse API integration, and Power Automate flows & background workflow plug-ins ASP.Net, .Net framework, and C# development
  4. Cultural fit: Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, communicate effectively, and lead and mentor junior developers
