About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our high-performing Service team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing servicing and maintenance of KONE's elevator, auto walks, and escalators across low-rise housing through to the world's tallest skyscrapers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to maintenance activities and repairs
  • Attend breakdowns on Elevators and Escalators
  • Carry out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality, and safety standards
  • Work to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
  • An ability to start/finish at flexible times and work after-hours as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A qualified registered electrical licence
  • Lift industry experience is desired
  • A valid full Australian drivers licence
  • Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder's expectations
  • Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
  • A commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
  • A customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
