Elevate Organisational Maturity as Employee Relations Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Business Partner. This role will play a pivotal part in elevating leader enablement and driving organisational maturity across the business.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in employee relations or a similar HR role, ideally within a professional services organisation. They will possess strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills. They will also have the ability to influence positive change and drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations Management: Collaborate with generalist HR BPs to act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for complex employee relations issues.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and people leaders, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process by advising managers on best practices and assisting with performance improvement plans.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and governance with internal processes and procedures.
- Policy Development: Shape and implement strategies, policies and procedures that enhance organisational culture and maturity.
- Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs covering topics such as employee relations foundations, conflict resolution, and performance/discipline management.
