Job Opportunity:

This role presents a permanent, full-time position as an Associate/Senior Associate within our Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets (MAC) team.

  • Be involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work
  • Deliver highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world
  • Gain exposure across a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology and retail
About You:

Applicants will have:

  • Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice, ideally from a top-tier, national or international firm
  • The ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters
  • Excellent academic credentials
