Building Data Capture Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Building Data Capturers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical and electrical building services in commercial, industrial, or healthcare facilities.
This role involves collecting data on the type, location, and condition of relevant building systems, fixtures, and fabrics. You will need to provide accurate and detailed reports for assessments when required.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high level of attention to detail and be proficient in using smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras.
You will also need to work effectively in a team environment and be capable of walking around large sites for extended periods.
