Building Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data on mechanical and electrical building systems at various sites across Victoria using advanced technologies such as tablets, 3D imaging cameras, and drones.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and recording data on the type, location, and condition of relevant mechanical and electrical building systems, fixtures, and fabrics. You will also be responsible for providing thorough and accurate data capture, ensuring that data is uploaded as directed to minimize risk of data loss.

Additional responsibilities include crafting detailed reports for assessments when required and engaging with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using a range of technologies including smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras.

  • Required Skills:
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
  • National Police Check and proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
  • Exceptional level of physical fitness, as this role will require walking around large sites and being on your feet for long periods of time.
