Job Overview

This is a data entry role where you will be working with a well-established business to capture and input data into their SAP system.

The role involves keying customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate customer records, and capturing and inputting a high volume of data into the translation tool.

You will also be responsible for providing timely quotes for Specialists to share with their customers, entering confirmed orders, adjusting entered orders, and maintaining tracking sheets for fulfilment monitoring.

Requirements
  • Strong computer skills in Excel and data entry are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience using SAP is highly desirable.
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately is crucial.
  • Good communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with internal Specialists and external customers.
  • Attention to detail is vital to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
