About the Role

The Building Data Collection Specialist will travel to various sites across Victoria collecting data using tablets, 3D imaging or thermal cameras, and drones on facilities such as hospitals & clinics, universities, schools, TAFE, government buildings & correctional facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Identify and record data on relevant mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures and building fabrics (cladding, walls, floor coverings, ceilings).">
  • Provide thorough and accurate data capture ensuring data is uploaded as directed.">
  • Craft highly precise reports for assessments when required.">
  • Actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.">
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.">
  • National Police Check, White Card, and proof of Covid19 vaccination.">
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to capture high quality data.">
  • Proficient with use and troubleshooting of smartphones, laptops, tablets and cameras.">
  • Professional demeanour and capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.">
  • An appropriate level of physical fitness.">
