Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Clinical Support Manager to join our team as a Senior Territory Manager - Recon in Sydney South. This role is responsible for driving business growth within the defined territory by maximising sales of Smith & Nephew Reconstruction products and brands.

Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Manage assigned sales territory ensuring all company policies and protocols are followed with particular focus on the safety and compliance elements.
  • Mentor, coach and support less experienced sales and clinical support members in providing exceptional case support and training.
  • Ensure the execution and reporting of sales and marketing activities in territory.
Sales Cadence & Administration
  • Ensure the appropriate execution of the allocation spreadsheet, territory management plans, consignment agreements, tenders/ pricing requests, special pricing, and customer profiles/ preferences.
  • Create accurate sales forecast and provide timely monthly reporting to the Regionals sales manager on the actual to forecast.
Team Collaboration
  • Participate as an active member and at all scheduled meetings (Regional/National team), leading projects and initiatives for the state and/or franchise
Professional Ethics & Compliance
  • Avoid content that does not suit a job description, such as emails, phone numbers, social media usernames, addresses, dates, or any reference to a particular physical place.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in science or business-related discipline
  • Proven experience in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy clinical support or exceptional sales experience in related medical devices
  • Strong selling skills (+10 yrs in medical device)
  • Strong understanding of orthopaedics and/ or endoscopy therapies products and industry
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annumBenefits
