
Customer Engagement Strategist

Take on a high-profile role leading a major Loyalty program for a well-established retail brand. As a seasoned leader, you will drive the strategic direction and oversee end-to-end ownership of the program.
This is an excellent chance to step into a leadership position with a genuine impact on customer engagement and return. With access to extensive data and consumer insights, you will refine the existing strategy, evaluating the current framework and approach to maximize results.
You will be responsible for mapping customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints, and developing targeted communication pieces. Additionally, you will review governance, policies, and processes to ensure seamless operations and adapt the program to optimize delivery and ROI.
The role involves managing a small team and working closely with multiple stakeholder teams across the organization and external partners. You will act as a champion for the program, demonstrating and educating on the value of Customer Loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in a specialist Loyalty role, preferably with exposure to retail, franchising, or FMCG. Strong strategic skills with a commercial focus, a passion for CRM and data-driven Marketing, and a good understanding of Martech are essential.
