Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

The Account Manager position is responsible for maximizing revenue from key client accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets/sales quotas and ensure complete customer satisfaction when dealing with the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the client's needs and the ability to develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain Account: Provide monthly reports utilizing performance against budget, forecast, and projected figures. Monitor in-house procedures through key performance indicators and minimize exposure to risk.
  • Build Account: Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans regarding one or a small number of client accounts to achieve Sales revenue/sales quota targets. Work closely with the Account Director to determine current and future sales plans are met and exceeded.
  • Grow Account: Seek out sales opportunities for Landis+Gyr products and services in the sales region, formulate, and implement strategies and plans for securing those sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Advanced communication skills (written and oral) and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (PC and mainframe).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence those responsible for activities which affect the outcomes of our processes.
  • Proven time management.
  • Driver's License.
Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
  • Gas and Electricity industry.
  • Customer Service Management.
  • Logistics management.
