Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Officer to join our team at Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level administration support services to contribute to the effective and efficient management of the Administration department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and contribute to the efficient resident management system.
  • Maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office, and be proficient in taking and typing meeting minutes.
  • Assist with the Accreditation process as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in data entry and record-keeping.
