Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Officer to join our team at Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level administration support services to ensure the effective and efficient management of our Administration department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and contribute to the efficient resident management system.
  • Perform data entry into Chiron and Working Systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office, and take and type meeting minutes.
  • Assist with the Accreditation process as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
