We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team at Rosebery.

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining environment, always striving for excellence and exceeding expectations.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages with confidence, using techniques learned through thorough training and practice.
  • Support table service, plating, and front-of-house presentation, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Attend training sessions to prepare for service, staying up-to-date on the latest skills and knowledge required for success in this role.
  • Work six evening service dates at our Rosebery venue, providing exceptional service to our guests during peak hours.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in fine dining or premium restaurants or bars, demonstrating a strong understanding of wine, spirits, and mixology.
  • Hold an RSA certification and have 2-3 years' bartending or cocktail experience, showcasing your expertise in beverage preparation and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Presentation and adaptability in a fast-paced service environment, remaining calm under pressure and delivering exceptional results.
  • Full working rights in Australia, ensuring you can legally work in the country.
