The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of fine dining, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. This person should possess excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fine Dining Service: Providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable;
  • Beverage Knowledge: Possessing extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and other beverages, including the ability to recommend pairings and explain differences between various types;
  • Culinary Expertise: Having a thorough understanding of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, including menu preparation, presentation, and plating;

**Requirements:**

  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a premium dining destination, preferably in a hotel environment;
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management;
  • Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment;
