Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Fine Dining Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in our fine dining setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests and colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in a comparable position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Competency Card and Food Handler's Certificate.
