The Italian fine-dining wine service professional plays a key role in delivering exceptional wine and beverage experiences for guests.

About the Role:

This integral part of our culinary team is responsible for pairing wines with our Italian menu items, ensuring that each selection complements the cuisine. The working hours will be primarily across Monday to Saturday, allowing for a good work-life balance. We are seeking an experienced sommelier or wine expert who can provide expert guidance on wine pairings and educate staff members on wine knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
