Job Title: Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organization by providing exceptional administrative support.

About the Role

The Administration Officer role is a critical part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality administration services that enable our business operations to run smoothly.

This role offers a chance to work closely with various teams, including Laboratory Services, Client Services, and Business Development. Key responsibilities include client invoicing, maintaining COD registers, liaising with clients on general accounts receivable matters, and assisting in reception functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient business operations
  • Process client invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with clients on accounts receivable matters
  • Assist in reception functions and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in an administration function
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Proven skills to use computer-based business or accounting systems
  • Capacity to plan work goals and set priorities
