We are seeking a Senior Organisational Development Consultant to join Swinburne University's team at our Hawthorn campus. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning the university's strategic vision with organisational development programs to enhance employee engagement, cultural development, and capability improvement.

This is a full-time, ongoing position that offers a HEW 9 salary + 17% super.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR/organisational development and change programs and strategies in medium to large sized organisations.
  • Manage projects across various functions, including leadership development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruitment, and cultural change.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record of experience in leading organisational development initiatives and managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR-related programs and strategies.
  • An extensive background in HR or organisational development, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
