Role Overview
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work autonomously on your own caseload, delivering home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients with NDIS and Homecare Packages.
Your responsibilities will include developing personalized therapy programs to improve clients' daily routines, independence, and overall quality of life. You will also work closely with clinical leads and team leaders to ensure seamless support and collaboration within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients in their homes through NDIS and Homecare Packages
- Develop tailored therapy programs to enhance clients' daily routines, independence, and community skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide support and referrals as needed
- Review and update therapy programs to track client progress and achieve optimal outcomes
- Work autonomously to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality patient reports
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant degree in Occupational Therapy, registration with AHPRA, and a police check clearance. Strong communication skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including:
