About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Clinical Speech Therapists to join our team in Western Australia. As a Speech Pathologist with Henderson Healthcare, you will be working with diverse clients across various settings, including clinics, community facilities, and schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to clients with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, developmental delays, and other conditions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, develop interventions, and evaluate progress in clients' speech and language skills.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package from $80,000 to $125,000 + Superannuation, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
In addition to your salary, you will enjoy flexible work options, car and travel allowances, extra leave days, and paid professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- AASLP or equivalent qualification as a Speech Pathologist.
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia Board.
- Experience working with diverse client populations, including adults and children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
