We are looking for a visionary
Director of Strategic Workforce Planning
to lead the development and integration of a future-focused, data-driven capability across our global organization. This newly created role will be instrumental in aligning talent strategies with business and financial forecasts - ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
As the global lead, you'll partner closely with senior leaders across People, Finance, and Business functions to drive productivity, workforce agility, and capability-based planning. You'll be joining the Talent Management function, reporting through Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development, and complementing existing succession and talent assessment initiatives.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a capability that has not yet been developed at ResMed - bringing strategic alignment, operational impact, and scalable practices to life.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning Leadership
Design and globally roll out ResMed's SWP framework aligned to enterprise strategy, financial planning, and AOP cycles.
Translate strategic plans into actionable workforce levers (build, buy, borrow, bot).
Institutionalize workforce planning as a core business capability through playbooks, leader enablement, and planning routines.
Integrated Capability & Ecosystem Planning
Build and apply skills-based workforce plans using capability models, role adjacencies, and upskilling strategies.
