Job Title: Procurement Officer - Storeperson
The position of Procurement Officer - Storeperson is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide procurement services and store management to Council departments.
- Manage orders, requisitions, and purchasing to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on store activities and inventory.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- A Class 'C' Drivers Licence.
- A Construction Industry Induction "White" Card.
- A Forklift License or ability to obtain.
- Experience in Local Government and with the Civica Authority system.
- A Current First Aid Certificate.
- A Current ChemCert Certificate.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including ordering goods and services, maintaining accurate records and reports, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
