Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer service team and support day-to-day operations
- Provide top-notch service to all customers using effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Keep customers informed about delivery timelines
- Conduct repair inspections and convert repairs into sales opportunities when possible
- Raise job authorities and invoices using our branch computer system
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in managing or leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and engaging approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a complex and changing environment with resilience and adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as self-organization and time management skills
